Guess What?

Person 1: Look on the bright side. At least everyone who goes on this blog loses the Game. Hmmm. I wonder why?

Person 11: Hmmm. I do wonder why. Is it because the backround has something to do with...some random blue beams of light?

OMG

Hi, hi, hi. so: I found some new info on the Heroes of Olympus series.

Apparently, the Heroes of Olympus series will be set in a 5-book series, like the Percy Jackson & the Olympians series. The books will be coming out in one-year intervals. As you know, The Lost Hero came out this fall on October 12th, 2010. Rick Riordan said that The Son of Neptune will be coming out on Fall, 2011. He recently said that it would come out in October, or at least have it ready by then. So basically, actually coming out in November. Groan. He also just finished doing his research on it. Book 3 will probably come out on Fall 2012, Book 4 Fall 2013, so on and so forth. That is, if the 2012 myth isn't true. But that's another story.

Info on the Son of Neptune came from Myth & Mystery

I have to give credit to Rick Riordan's blog, Myth & Mystery. I got all of the info from there. However, I have absolutely NO idea what the book of Ra is.

Once you finish this, watch "The Mature Marshmallow Test." It's the fifth one, and it's even funnier!

I Love This Poem

Persimmon Pudding ( I can't believe I'm doing this)

Person 1:
All right. I blame all you people you voted " random topic", and made me do it on Persimmon Pudding.I am very angry at you. Veeery angry. Grrr.
Now ( remember I am still angry at you)
Persimmon pudding is a traditional American dessert made with persimmons. Although American, persimmon pudding is similar to traditional English dessert pudding, such as Christmas pudding or quince pudding. This style of pudding is generally either steamed or cooked in an oven with a water bath, or Bain-marie. These methods of cooking ensure the pudding remains moist and does not dry out or form a crust unlike the sweet but crusted Persimmon bread.
The pudding is often served with ice cream, creme anglaise, whipped cream, apple sauce, or brandy butter. It is best served warm, although it can be served cold as well. Persimmon pudding lasts quite a while when refrigerated, and may be made in large batches to be served over the course of several days. As the pudding ages the various individual flavors mellow and blend together.
In the US state of Indiana, it is considered one of two legendary local dishes; the other being sugar cream pie.I AM STLL ANGRY AT YOU.

Percy Jackson is slower than a tree!

If you people didn't go onto Rick Riordan's website, you should. Apparently, 'Percy is still slower than the tree nymphs, and this is while they are in tree form'. I nearly busted out my sides, laughing. Apparently, his "co-operation with the other campers has improved", but.... 'We have to constantly remind Percy that Clarrise's head does NOT belong inside the barbecue pit or campfire.'

-Person 11 (if you MUST know my nickname, it's GG. Person 1, don't you DARE go saying what it means, or I'll...I'll... oh, never mind.)

All of you can not wait until Fall 2011 (at least, the ones who read The Lost Hero and like it)

For all of you people that read Rick Riordan's books, he is currently touring Europe, signing books. Look on the link to his blog, Myth and Mystery on the bottom. But that's not the reason why I'm posting this.
Anyway, if you read The Lost Hero right up to the end, well, it says, 'Coming Fall 2011: The Son of Neptune. Well, I know that I can't wait. Now, all of you insignificant people reading this might be starting to get bored. It's blah, blah, this and blah, blah, that.
On a sort of related subject, the Roman Camp Half-Blood is probably situated along Highway 24 in the Caldecott Tunnel. In Calafornia. I recently found out that The Heroes of Olympus series will be a 5-book series, like the Percy Jackson series.

FYI

Just to tell you, anything Person11 posts are math, science, or history/mythology, and some books by Rick Riordan. Anyway, I'm Person1. Oh, for anyone who's wondering, the new (or old) Math Club name is, MOUNT MATH MASTERS. For the 4th time in a row! YAY! Thumbs up for tradition! As you can see, Person11 doesn't agree with me.

Math Club is getting a very annoying name again

Now, people who are reading this blog, some of you might be in the William Sidney Mount School Math Club. Or in simpler terms, Math Club. However, as much as you fellows out there think that it is a LOVELY club, its name is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo (takes a breath) ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo....... annoying. And A, if you are reading this, YOU have partly to blame. Guess what the name is.

-Person 11

ATTENTION

All right fellow random people. I have an announcement to make. Don't worry dear admirers. I'll hand out autographs later. I other words, ZIP IT, BOTTLE UP, and SHHHHHH.Ahhem.
All right gang, you know, I really need some new entrancing words ( Person 11 wanted to say, "The cow says moo")No wait, that's not what I wanted to say.
Okeydokey. You know that weensy little comment box? Well Uncle Sam(a.k.a the Person 1) wants you to use that minuscule little box to tell us what you want us to post on this blog. I doesn't have to have any relationship with the Game( You just lost the game!) It can even be about...mellow, majestic, mild, magical, magnificent, mean, memorizing, mesmerizing, motivated, mischievous, mighty, massive, marvelous, minor, moody, merry mathematicians that are not very manly, but are good at math, and practice monotheism. In other words, the name that we tried to get our Math Club to be. But that's another story.

-Person 1

Right Now, I'm Making an Innocent Face at You

Mwa hah hah hah, I made you lose the Game. And I'm AWESOME. And that makes me EVIL. Mwa hah hah ha- cough cough cough. Sorry, I have a sore throat.

-Person 1

How to NOT lose the Game

To not think of it obviously! But too bad, you already lost the Game. Bye bye!
